Welcome, it’s great to meet you!

I began my personal development journey without knowing where it would lead.

At the time, I was working as a scientist in the medical device industry when I had a powerful realization: I wasn’t living as my true, authentic self. I could feel that I wasn’t aligned with my purpose—even though I couldn’t yet define what that was.

That awareness led me inward. I started reconnecting with my body, my intuition, and something deeper beneath the surface. And over time, everything began to shift. I found myself moving through a profound spiritual awakening.

This process can be incredibly beautiful—but also deeply challenging at times. And you don’t have to navigate it alone. Having the right support and guidance can make all the difference.

We begin by getting to know you at a deep level. Every unique event in your life has shaped your current beliefs, values, behavioral patterns, and life circumstances. By bringing awareness to your subconscious learning, you can shift your relationship to limiting beliefs to create conscious, identity-level change. You become the true architect of your reality.

We have a natural resistance to change and a desire to stay in familiar energy, even when it no longer serves us. Intentional change involves stepping into the discomfort of the unknown and moving through that tension, while trusting the process. You will have the compassionate support to aid you as challenging feelings arise to keep you on your path to your vision.
